We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register or use our services. This includes your name, phone number, email address, and the files/documents you upload for printing.
We use the collected information solely to process your print orders, manage your account, send notifications regarding your print status, and provide customer support.
Your privacy and document security are our highest priorities. Uploaded documents are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage. To ensure complete privacy, all uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after a maximum retention period of 5 hours from the time of upload, regardless of whether they have been printed.
All financial transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments. SelfPrintz does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, UPI PINs, net banking credentials, or other sensitive payment information.
We use local storage and session storage to maintain your login session, preserve your print settings, and keep track of your active print queue. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
