Unlock the lower kiosk chassis using the provided physical key. Pull out Tray 1, insert A4 75/80 GSM paper with the print side down, adjust the paper guides gently until snug, and slide the tray back until it clicks. The kiosk telemetry will automatically clear the "Paper Low / Empty" status within 10 seconds.
⚠️ What should I do if a print job fails or paper jams?
Open the side service panel, clear any paper obstruction gently in the direction of the feed rollers, and close the cover firmly. Any affected customer will automatically have their payment flagged for refund or can tap 'Retry' on the kiosk screen once clear.
🏦 When and how are settlements paid out to my bank account?
Earnings accumulate in your Partner Wallet in real time. Scheduled bank settlements are automatically initiated every Tuesday and Friday to your verified bank account via IMPS/NEFT, or you can request an instant on-demand settlement via the Payouts tab once the minimum threshold (₹500) is reached.
📶 How do I reconnect an APM kiosk that shows "Offline"?
Check the kiosk rear LED indicator. If amber or blinking, verify the router/hotspot connection. You can use the 'Configure Wi-Fi' button under the APMs tab or reboot the kiosk power switch for 10 seconds. If cellular dongle signal is weak, reposition the magnetic antenna higher on the kiosk frame.
